I wanted to talk about yoga in this post.
A lot of people have been asking questions about yoga when it comes to fitness and health.
I have been practicing yoga for the last 9 years. Yoga is great science. Even veteran yoga practitioners will say they learn new things every day from yoga even after two or three decades of yoga practice.
But to simply put it forward, let's talk about how yoga has helped me in my life.
There is so much beyond the postures and flexibility which we usually think of what yoga is all about. Yoga has a lot of benefits to the mind and body.
Just like water, we all need to be flexible both in terms of body and mind.

I wanted to talk about yoga in this post.
A lot of people have been asking questions about yoga when it comes to fitness and health.
I have been practicing yoga for the last 9 years. Yoga is great science. Even veteran yoga practitioners will say they learn new things every day from yoga even after two or three decades of yoga practice.
But to simply put it forward, let's talk about how yoga has helped me in my life.
There is so much beyond the postures and flexibility which we usually think of what yoga is all about. Yoga has a lot of benefits to the mind and body.
Just like water, we all need to be flexible both in terms of body and mind.
It the quality of adaption that flows towards the path.
Yoga will bring this adaption to your body, mind and life.
We are all rigid minded with a narrow thinking. Be it postive or negative, we tend to incline our thoughts towards a narrow passage. Yoga will help you break the barrier. Additionally, yoga will teach you life's messages.
Yoga gave the me the power to understand and think clearly. It supressed by anger to a great extent.
It helped me make clear decisions in life. Yoga is a prime source of my happines. Although there are many physical benefits by practising yoga, it also has helped me to become a energetic person.
The purpose of this video is to stress the importance and I want you all the reap the benefits of yoga.
Start practicing today for at least 20 mins every day. Initially, your body will be rigid and may feel difficult. But if you do it for the first 48 days, then you will see a lot of difference. You will be surprised to see what you can achieve with your body.
You will also feel the difference in becoming an efficient human being.
Try any yoga to start with. I have shared my experiences. I hope it will be useful to you.
